RE: Challenge for IBM. QzhbCGIParse API.

The comment about the manuals was just that, a comment.  I was asking for
assitance on the use of an API because it doesn't seem to work "as
advertised".

After spending weeks on CtoN I figured this one would be a breeze.  Guess
not.
