IMHO, yes, we _should_ be able to specify key fields from non-primary files in
the join logical.  It can be done in OPNQRYF, in WRKQRY, and, I imagine, in
SQL.  I think this should have been made available in DDS a long time ago.
Alas, it may be too late to get IBM to do anything with it now, since all
enhancements appear to be made to SQL and not DDS.  For better or for worse.
