I think the issue is convenience.  I could start my car by pushing it, but I
generally use the starter or AAA.<g>  Many other languages provide logical
AND, OR, et al. as operators like + and -.  Especially now that RPG supports
integer data types, having built in transparent support for this sort of
thing would be real nice.
