Re: Inconsistency ?

If there is no K on the File spec, the CHAIN will be by relative record
number.  Since it appears you are chaining with a customer number to a file
accessed by relative record number, any hits would be just coincidence.  The
IF %FOUND would explain why no records are being updated.  The K missing
from the file spec was likely a programmer oversight.
