CPYFRMIMPF

Hi 
I am trying to transfer file from folder with CPYFRMIMPF command. 
When I try this command from command line I got error, but when I repeat 
this same command again (F9) it goes successfully and again some errors 
and success ...
MYFILE is no locked by any job.
Have you any idea what I doing wrong?
