If you are reading the C or Unix-like manual for procedures like read(),
atof(), fstat(), then you need to use BNDDIR('QC2LE').  The CEE APIs come in
QILE, which is automatically included in ILE programs.  Almost all of the
list APIs are programs (DSPPGM will verify.)

An interesting exercise is to wrkbnddir qsys/*all, option 9, then dspsrvpgm
detail(*procexp) on each entry.
