I think that it does a good job of answering the question "Does the
candidate understand RPG IV syntax?" or perhaps "Can the candidate
desk-check an RPG IV program?"  I do not think it helps answer "Is the
candidate a good RPG IV programmer?"  Not addressed at all:
ILE (service programs, activation groups)
When/why create a subprocedure
How to prototype/use the C library functions
