No, we are not using Code/400.  Perhaps they tried the option, just to see

Rob,

I think it is a file that is needed by Code/400.  There is indeed a compile
option, something like OPTIONS(*NOEVENTF), to specify whether the compiler
should create one.  Are there people using Code/400 in your shop?
