It is a little clutzy - but works just fine.  The BIF %NullInd(fieldname)
can be used to test the null indicator for a specific field or can be used
on the left side of an eval to set/clear the indicator.  You can even
handle null capable key fields.

The biggest hang-up is that moving data to a field does not implicitly set
the flag, you have to do this explicitly in addition to moving the data.

It can also be confusing if you have the same field name in multiple files
and some are null capable and others are not.
