I would start with the manuals and the Redbook 'Who knew you could do that with 
RPG....'. It is a wealth of information.

Our shop is starting to move from RPG/400 to RPG/ILE. 
Most of us don't have any previous experience with ILE
at all.  Does any one have any recommendations for
where to started?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
