First,
Make sure the object is OWNED by QSECOFR - this is probably the problem.
(DSPOBJAUT)
If not, change the owner to QSECOFR using CHGOBJOWN. (You will need to be
signed on as QSECOFR or other privileged user to do this.)

Then,
Use DSPPGM to verify that the program specifies USRPRF(*OWNER) and
USEADPAUT(*YES).
Use CHGPGM to change any incorrect parameters.

Subject: Adopt authority

Hello,
I write a CL program that will create a user profile and forms a password. I
create the CL with QSECOFR user profile and change it to *OWNER when
compiling. The adopt authority default for the program is *YES.

But, when i try to run it from *PGMR user profile, it didn't want to create
the user profile. I got the message, that *SECADM special authority is
needed. Could anybody give me a clue of something that i missed? From my
understanding, it should let other user to adopt QSECOFR authority when that
program is ran.

Thanks,
Jean
