This is not a grand and glorious revelation.  It is really fairly trivial 
but works.

You need to fill the field RECTOT in some way.   The field RECCNT is 2 
long, so it resets to 1 every 100 records (sending the record to the 
screen dulls performance.  Every 100 records is usually enough to provide 
% information.)
