Hi Jon,

With all due respect, there is a tenuous connection between PR/PI and
Activation groups -- if a program is compiled into the default activation
group, the only PR you can use must be for an external program. If there's
one thing I've learned over the years, it's to be wary of absolutist
statements. Whenever I make one, I'm *always* wrong<G>.

Of course I have no idea whether that has anything to do with Bill's
problem. As you say, we need more details.
