In the May 2000 issue of NEWS/400, Tech Corner item "Query in Batch", I

I also discussed this in the January 1999 issue of NEWS/400 in Tech
Corner item "Query/400 Prompting for End-of-Week Date". This item shows
you CL code for handling both character and numeric parameters. Here's a
