From your code it is really hard to work out what you are trying to do so
its kinda tough to advise you.  Might I suggest that next time you also
post how many parms the proc takes and what it is supposed to return.

Here's my best guess at what I think you might want:

     D #RdStin         Pr          1024
     D  RcvLen                        9B 0
     D  RcvRecLen                     9B 0

     P #RdStin         B
     D #RdStin         PI          1024
     D  RcvLen                        9B 0
     D  RcvRecLen                     9B 0

You'll find a pretty good intro to writing subprocs in the RPG Redbook "Who
knew you could ....." yadda yadda which you can download from
www.redbooks.ibm.com.
