  • Subject: Problem with Option(*SRCSTMT)

Hi All,

Funny problem with OPTION(*SRCSTMT).

I am working on a machine at V4R3, compiling for V4R2. PTFs SF45191 and
SF46944 have both been applied - as far as I know, these are the
required PTFs to get OPTION(*SRCSTMT) to work.

The problem is that on some programs (not all), I get the following
message at the bottom of the compile listing and a program is not
created (I am using CRTBNDRPG with DFTACTGRP(*NO) ACTGRP(*CALLER)
BNDDIR(XXXX) ).

          * * * * *   E N D   O F   F I N A L   S U M M A R Y   * * * *
*
                  C o d e   G e n e r a t i o n   M e s s a g e
s
 An error occurred during
translation.
  * * * * *   E N D   O F   C O D E   G E N E R A T I O N   M E S S A G
E S

Th e problem disappears if I remove the OPTION(*SRCSTMT) from the H
Spec.

Anyone got any ideas, comments or suggestions?

TIA

Paul Tuohy
