try including the SECURE(*YES) parameter. this will secure the override from 
being 'overridden' by another override.

Bill,

I've used MBR(*ALL) without any problems.  I don't use SHARE(*YES).

In my case I also specify the TOFILE parameter.  I don't know if that makes any
difference.  Check your file names.
