I believe you can - try

CPYF FROMFILE({logical file name}) TOFILE(*PRINT) RCDFMT(WUDEPT)

also, by specifying NBRRCDS(5) you can see the first 5 records from
that file (IIRC, CPYF uses the file key sequence by default unless
from or to record numbers are used)
