Change 4B 0 to 9B 0.  When the manuals state binary 4 they mean a binary
number that will fit into 4 bytes.  Here's how to define the binary 4 and
binary 2 parameters you will come across.

D Binary4              S           9B 0
D Binary2              S           4B 0

Or this way

D BinaryNumber    DS
D Binary4Char              1      4
D Binary4                     1      4B 0
D Binary2Char              5      6
D Binary2                     5      6B 0
