This answer is right, but you might also like to try replacing
%Size(Command) with %len(%trim(Command)).  The latter will return the
actual length of the command string, whereas the former returns the
length of the variable containing the command string.  It probably won't
make much difference, but the latter is neater, to my mind.

Strange that the corrupted data in the binary field you were getting
looks like YMD date: 19660801.  Is the 1st of August 1966 significant?
