Hello Mike,

All your binary length fields are wrong.  The APIs use integers and they must 
have a 
length of 4 bytes.  RPG defines numeric fields (except for floats) by the 
number of 
digits.  You have defined room for 4 digits.  If stuck with RPG III then you 
should use 
9B 0 but be ware that this will truncate the maximum value allowable in a 
4-byte binary.  
Since you are using RPG IV you should declale the length fields as 10I 0.

I know the API manual describes theses fields as BIN(4) but they don't mean the 
same 
thing as an RPG binary.  In fact, with RPG IV almost all instances of RPG 
binary fields 
should be replaced with integers.
