Use wrkdbf command and do the same as state by M Laskosk...
Create  a member  (SRCDSPATR) in any source file QCLSSRC, QRPGSRC or QDDSSRC
or QRPGLESRC.
Add 20 blank lines...
Use wrkdbf command to change (wrkdbf (library/QDDSSRC) member(SRCDSPATR).
Depress appropriate function key to switch to hex mode
1)    Select the first line,
2)    position to 5 postion...on the line
3)    change x'40' to x'21'
4)    For lines 2 to 20 repeat 2) and 3) ,insead of to x'21' do x'22, and so
on...
5)     exit and seu the source member SRCDSPATR.
