This is pretty well and simple idea.  But how does it works in real
implementaion.  Suppose the no. of records is more.  I think it will consume
more memory.  Let us consider that nearly 50 peope are going to use this
system this what abt. the speed and memory.

(We have to consider this too) 

But the idea is really good.

Move the subfile records to an array. Then do a SORTA. Then reload the sorted
data onto to subfile.
