With OVRPRTF inside of RPGLE one of the important timing issues is to make
sure that the printer file has NOT already been opened. One way to avoid a
timing issue is execute the OVRPRTF and then to have a USROPN on the printer
file executed. I know that overrides within an RPGLE program work because
almost every program where I work has implemented overrides within RPGLE
code.
