Hello Dean,

I guess by ADTS you really mean ADM (Application Development Manager).  What 
specific 
things do you find it missing?  I use it to manage my product development and 
find 
that, although a little awkward to set up, it does a fine job -- especially if 
NLS is 
a concern.  It does need a good planning session before starting to define the 
hierarchy.  I'd be interested to know what you consider it leaves out.
