David,
Michael is right, OPTION(*NODEBUGIO) is allowable in the H-Spec, even though
this is not mentioned in the RPG ILE Reference.  The source debug view can
be permanently set by using the CHGCMDDFT DBGVIEW(*SOURCE), not the OPTION
keyword.

Have you looked at the Control Specifications (H specs) with in the RPG
source code. You should be able to specify anything there that can be
specified in a CRTBNDRPG command.
