I tried to buy the product last year but couldn't because I don't have an 
AS/400 serial number and the product had to be hitched to a s/n.  Since 
then it's been fixed; owning an AS/400 is no longer required. 

However I also found you can't just hook up to an AS/400 with Code/400.  I 
brought this up with two clients and the conversation stopped when we 
discussed GO LICPGM and installing needed PTFs.  They reply was 
essentially "Never mind.  We're happy with SEU."

Though not a consultant, _that_ I do understand and empathize (sp?)
with.
