OVRDBF let's you specify a key, but it can be tricky if one of the key
fields is packed. The other problem is, it's a one shot -- the first RCVF
opens the file and positions to the specified key, but to then go to another
key you'd probably have to put the whole I/O in a separate CL so you could
call it over and over. Might as well do it in RPG...
