You cannot combine a qualified "set" of parameters into one variable.  (Did
I say that right?)

Use JOBQ(&JOBL/&JOBQ) instead of JOBQ(&JOBQS).  You do not have to be
concerned whether the library named in &JOBL has any trailing blanks.  The
system takes care of that for you.
