CEEDYWK is a bound procedure, but it has nothing to do
with QWCCVTDT except that they're both related to dates.

QWCCVTDT is an ordinary program API that can be called
from any language including RPG III and RPG IV to
retrieve the current date or convert a date from one
format to another.

CEEDYWK is a procedure in one of the system service programs
that are listed in one of the binding directories automatically
added to the binding directories to be searched when binding
your program (either QILE or QUSAPIBD).  You don't need to
worry about which binding directory the service program is
in, or which service program the procedure is in.

You can see which binding directories will be used by
creating a module and then doing DSPMOD DETAIL(*REFSYSOBJ).
