I have heard that BLOBs can be saved and accessed through SQL
on the AS/400, but not RPG or any other interface.  I could be wrong
on this.  Also, there was something about using the IFS for BLOBs.

So, I understand it can be done, but since we don't have SQL here
(V3R7M0) we've never used them.
