This would better be done outside of an RPG program.

Subject: Seeing a file on the IFS in V3R7

How would I be able to see or use a file in the IFS of a V3R7 machine? I
Ftp'd a file to /home/booth and it arrived there. I can see it listed
with the Ls command but I can not figure out how I can see the data
itself. Pico works well with *nix but the AS/400 doesn't have a Pico
editor. Is there a way I can use the SEU editor?
