CVTRPGSRC on member type RPT -- RPG400-L

Discovered something interesting today.  Was probably something 
I would have noticed on a RTM, but here goes.

If you have a RPT member that you run CVTRPGSRC against then it 
'hard' embeds the /COPY.  For example, if you have the following two members:

QSTDSRC,MYCOPY
 * This is a comment line

QRPGSRC,MYPGM
...
/COPY QSTDSRC,MYCOPY
...

You'll get
QRPGLESRC,MYPGM
...
*/COPY QSTDSRC,MYCOPY
* This is a comment line
...

However if you change the member type from RPT to RPG then it works 
fine.  The /COPY won't be commented out and 'hard' embedded if you 
change it from RPT to RPG first.
