× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

On a command line on the AS/400 type  FTP.  It works just like FTP does 
anywhere else, mostly.  The Help on the AS/400 is very useful.

I'm sure this one has been asked before, but I have to ask it.
What is the best way (In Your Humble Opinions) to use FTP to transfer
AS400 data files to other boxes such as Unix.
