Barbara,

We certainly have that situation in 95%+ of our modules. Almost everything 
appeared 
to compile.  I wonder if something else was contributing. This PTF also fixed 
another 
problem we were having with CEEDOD returning the potential length of varying 
CONST 
parameters rather than the actual length passed.  One step back, two steps 
forward, not 
a bad day.

David, if your program has prototyped calls with OPDESC and CONST
parameters, it's a known problem, fixed by PTF SF61140.
