Well they  should do something, because from the response on this list,
theres a lot of people who want AS/400s at home, but they just can't
afford to.
I know I can't.

Don't forget that you have to _pay_ to join that program - the 
discounted lease
does not come completely free.  For a mod 150 I doubt if you'd 
save enough on
the lease to cover the membership dues.
