You are right!

STRPCO and STRPCCMD leads to an executed command on the PC without any
CWBRXD started. Obviously i got something wrong and learned a bit now,
especially because i cannot find the page anymore where i thought to read
that this is for the STRPCCMD..

Excuse me for talking bullshit, i'm sorry.
