Re: Strange CGI, some progress

Stone, (and Perotti),

I now believe that either my IE5 or my PC has problems. See the following
two experiments:

(1) I start Netscape, I put http://www.easy400.ibm.it/boatcgip/boatsch0.pgm
in URL. I get a search page. I put "CA" in the state field and click Search.
I get 7 items as the search results. This is expected.

 (2) I start IE5,  I put the same
http://www.easy400.ibm.it/boatcgip/boatsch0.pgm
in URL. I get a search page. I put "CA" in the state field and click Search.
I get all 48 items displayed. This is wrong. I believe this is because MY
IE5 does not send the input string to the  server correctly. (I also did the
same on my as400 and got the same results)

(3) my co-worker used IE5 and everything is fine for him. So I think just my
IE5 or PC has problem.
