I used to work at Silvon Software.... their Change Mgmt pckg was Implementer. 
I used to consulting education on the product. It is easy to set-up an to 
use. After leaving Silvon, I used it as a developer at other companies. It is 
pretty straight forward and did quite a bit of behind the scenes work for 
you. They are in Westmont, Illinois. I don't know anyones names anymore. Just 
ask for Sales. They come on-site for demos sometimes. Also, you can get it 
shipped and arrange for phone walk-thrus to demo it.
