Softlanding Systems' TurnOver worked well for me at a previous job. We also
evaluated Aldon's CMS - it also would have worked well there, I think, but
TurnOver was a slightly better buy financially. Here we have IBM's Application
Development Manager, but no one was ever trained on it and I haven't had time to
figure it out since I got here. What little browsing and tinkering I've done on
it has raised more questions than it's answered.

We are looking into Change Management Software for our AS/400. Could I
please get some recommendations?
