Barbara & Hans,

Backing off SF59129 and recompiling appears to correct this problem.  This 
is on a V4R3 system.  At this point I am a little confused as to why we got 
this 
PTF.  It looks like it is superceded by SF60429.  Apparently it was applied 
as a pre-requisite of SF49677.

Anyway, thanks for your help.
