Bill -
I wrote a program a while ago that did this. It builds an output file of
the modules and service programs used by an ILE program or service program
and what their source members are/were.
I don't remember how pretty or documented it is, but you want, I can send it
to you. If you can't use it as is, you can probably use it as a starting
point for your project. It's probably cumbersome for the list, but I can
send it directly if you are interested.

I am able to find the source using the above on a one by one basis.

However, I need to be able to get at this using a program, as there are
several hundred of these.

Bill,

DSPPGM xxxxxxxx, keep pressing ENTER until you see the list of modules,
put
5 next to the module you want.
