Just say "One Five Zero and two five cents". All you do is load your amount
into an array and check each element replacing the number with a word by
using the number as an index to another array (or a SELECT group if you
prefer).

BTW using the word ONLY denotes there are no Cents (or Paise).

And while I'm having my two Paise worth, I'm worried that these students are
getting spoon fed solutions instead of really thinking it through. It's not
going to help you later you know, do your own homework.

Convert just the Rupees and not the paise so it says

" One Hundred and Fifty and 25/100 Rupees only"

Will that work for you?

quantity say 150.25.I wanna a routine that will take this as input and
convert it into words as Rupees one fifty and paise twenty five only.I am
working on a routine but it is giving problem if the quantity have decimal
