I hope this helps you, if you need ILE RPG someone else will have to help 
you, these are written in RPG II and RPG III/400.They should at least give 
you a start.

RPGII read all records ,  non keyed file, sequentially and do something if 
the employee number is between 0 and 555

file keyed by employee number, read all records, do something if empnum is 
less that or equal to 555
