Well, does it matter?  If the job isn't going to do anything for that 30
minutes but wait, and stop as soon as it gets my message, then it's not
going to process anything anyway, so I don't see where it matters if
it stops immediately or 30 minutes from now, as long as it doesn't do
anything.
