Re: Web 5250 based forum

I, personally, don't like web-based forums or web-based E-mail as much
as a mailing list like this one.

Have you tried the existing web-based forums, I don't remember which
of the companies (www.news400.com or www.midrangecomputing.com) had
them, but there were a bunch of them already.
