Re: "extract" command enhancement(subfiles and BIFs)

I don't' think there is anyone that would say creating subfiles on the AS/400 is
one of the easiest things to do.  Personally, I hate all the steps I have to go
through to create a subfile myself, and debugging them is a real pain.

Especially since I still have to maintain S36 subfiles too.
