RE: Diff between static binding and dynamic binding and different dialacts of English -- RPG400-L

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

In American English it should be "has."

Brings to mind:

        Felix where Art had had "had" had had "had had."  "Had had" had had 
        the editor's approval.
