I have an old utility the puts flags into SEU source members, if thats what u
mean.  It also put Begin/End markers in as a precheck to compiling a RPG
program.  The utility would need modification to work with the new
RPGIV layout.
I have included 'COPYLEFT' in the source as I have 2-fold purpose in the
reply. The purpose of COPYLEFT is to ensure that the code can never be used
for commercial gain.
I am trying to see where the utility ends up, I am hoping some sort of
repository.  I am not really interested in knowing the code is not up to
scratch, use it as you see fit.
I hope that this code sharing can be made to work. At present I cant see the
full picture.
