Joe,

The size of your array is 70 and you're trying to overlay a field of 10.
Try overlaying the data structure (it depends on the release whether the
compiler will accept it; not sure in which release this was added).  If the
compiler does not accept it, use a dummy field of 70 and have all the fields
overlay this dummy field.
